Use ID Keeps locking out
Make sure that the NTLM setting on the device you are logging into is set at the same level as the domain controllers. (All domain controllers should be configured alike.)
HKLM\System\Current Control Set\Control\LSA\lmcompatibilitylevel
HKLM\System\Current Control Set\Control\LSA\lmcompatibilitylevel
Can not log into or access a MS Server
Check to see if you can still log in with a local Admin ID (Not a Domain ID)
If you can, check the following Reg key to make sure that it is a '0' (Zero)
HKLM\System\Current Control Set\Control\LSA\crashonauditfail
If you can, check the following Reg key to make sure that it is a '0' (Zero)
HKLM\System\Current Control Set\Control\LSA\crashonauditfail
